It depends on you experience and qualifications. However, different boroughs/work place the pay is different
When I started with my place I was on £8.00 per hour but after completing my youth work level 1 and 2 course ( the courses are really short the level takes about 3days and the level2 roughly 3months) I'm now on £14.50 an hour,
