As a guest I expect my room to be ready on arrival and to be taken and shown the room. Everything should be in place and immaculately clean. I expect well trained staff trained to anticipate needs so the visit goes like clockwork. Smiling courteous service goes without question. The guest should leave wanting to return again and again.
