A good leader is smart,listens to others,makes the most possible correct decision,ABLE TO CONVINCE OTHERS that he is right,acts quickly,not bossy but still has the REMOTE CONTROL OF HIS FOLLOWERS IN HIS HANDS.For that he needs to win over their loyalty,makes them confidant that he WILL guide them correctly in the right path.

Open Minded, Confident but always looking to learn and improve, ability to see both the forest and the trees, Good Demeanor no matter what is going on, people skills, treats everyone equally but utilizes each persons strength and in the end they must be able to make the decision even when they don't have time to gather all the information but are prepared to improve apon it even if it means humiliation.
