During ojt, first problem is that you have to get along with the employees.
You have to know them better.
Just be yourself and they'll like you.

the only problem you should have during ON THE JOB training is lack of self esteem. you are being trained you are not expected to know everything in one day. Experience is gained through time. The longer you do something the more you learn. The faster you gain knowledge & become a productive employee.
