To prepare for this interview question, make sure you can think of at least one situation that was not only challenging, but where you played a role in solving the problem. Think about what your role was and exactly what you did. When you describe it, focus on points that show your qualities - eg leadership, team spirit, ability to act alone or whatever (could be several of these - a really good worker has all of them.)
