A good teacher, like a good entertainer first must hold his audience's attention, then he can teach his lesson...im sure we can all agree? 8)

Sure, as one of the first things I learnt when I taught TEFL abroad on my year out at Uni.was to make the lessons fun, light-hearted and funky to get the students relaxed and hold their attention.Once you get them interested in a receptive mood, that's half of the battle won.
