It's called working to a schedule or a timetable and it was my older sister who did all that ahead of me and advised me on how to do it all successfully.Prioritise,put the important stuff first, allocate time for that, decide what goes where and then work from that.It can be difficult to juggle things like that, but I could never even half-do any of these things without some kind of schedule.
