The one you enjoy doing and brings you enough income to live comfortably. Apparently it is highly personalized and there isn't a single answer.

The job that makes you happy. Many people who have worked jobs that were high paying but stressful and didn't appeal to what they enjoyed in life have left them for jobs where they made a lot less money, but enjoyed what they did. Everyone of them will tell you they wished they just started at the less paying job. There is an old adage. Do what you love for a living and you will never work a day in your life.

Find a job that you love doing and you will never work a day in your life .. Cos that field isn't  hiring :p I laugh when I hear this new updated version of this quote.. But unfortunately the reality of life is you have to look at what jobs are trending , where people will be retiring when you will be graduating from uni or college. Look into stats in your area. Human resources is an excellent career to get into in the next 10 years and anything in a medical field. ( the baby boomers are ageing ) Especially oncology, pathology  or imagery ( x-Ray tech ) . In Canada anyway , good luck :)

What do you want to do?

Decide what line of work you want to go down, and then choose either the highest-paying career in it, the job that is easiest to find a job in, both long-term and short-term, or one that you love.  Of course, you shouldn't go by what I just said, as I don't know you, but it's a guideline. :-)
