Why in the world would you want to work for a company that has bad bosses? That doesn't even make sense. If you want to go to work and enjoy what you do, have a boss / manager that encourages you, listens to you, etc. Then that is what my vote would be. I would not deliberately go to work for a company that produces bad bosses. Life is too short.
