NO, at least not in Arizona. I was mixed up in something, was not actually even guilty of a crime, but being in the wrong place at the wrong time earned me my first arrest and convicted of two Felonies that day after taking a plea that forced me to have a record. In Arizona less than 1% of people who take there charges to court are won. If you tell the Prosecutor you are going to take it to trial, they tell all citizens that they have no time for trials and will double your sentence if you take it to trial for wasting the courts time. Its a lose/lose situation in a state where there are thousands of cases like mine for violating my civil rights. Long story short, I been diligently looking for work with a very impressive resume for 14 months every day with no success at all. Good Luck to you.
