The types of behavior that show you are honest in a business environment is dealing with money situations, contacting someone when you have done or are in the wrong, telling your employees and customers the truth at all times. On the over hand the types of behavior in which shows you are not include keeping mistakes to yourself even if you can't fix them, lying to employees and customers, doing the opposite of what was told and situations dealing with money. The types of behavior that show that you are being respectful and considerate to others are meeting people needs, having the persons interest at heart, behaving with integrity, not compromising your standards regardless of the circumstance, respecting others opinions and not discriminating in any form.
