Most companies will take advantage of you if you let them and some times you would be given a work load for three or four people, so depends on who you work for, ask them to get some one to help if thats the case. However, you can speak to your manager and tell him you would need to work over time to shift the load and if they are willing to pay you extra and your willing to work oer time, or perhaps take the work home, if you can and do it there. Some people take work home and do it at the weekend. Many companies do job share or employ a part time work to help those who are heavily load with work. But don't work in our lunch hour to try and handle the work load, you need to have your break, other wise you will suffer with stress.
