Why A Nurse Want To Work In A Call Center?

I have a cousin who is a registered nurse but choose to work as a call center agent, for only one reason because salary is higher and unlimited specially if you are in a call center that sells products so aside from your basic pay you get commissions as well.

He intends to practice his real profession soon but have to save a little first because when you are a new registered nurse hospitals just give minimal basic pay and less benefits.
