The management is an important function of business. Management itself is the way of getting work done from others which is the key purpose behind the functioning of all the departments and processes. The advantages include increased coordination, sharing of resources, transference of management and problem solving skills, increased generation of ideas, increased specialization of human resources in performing organizational tasks etc. The disadvantages include increased costs because management itself is quite costly when big salary amount goes to the managers.
