When interviewing people nobodys perfect, find the one person that is great at most things and willing to learn new things, but if they admit to having a flaw that shows honesty, which means they are willing to learn new things. Make sure they are aggresive and serious. Most importantly devoted..... Look for someone that takes pride doing what they do.... A backround check wouldn't hurt either.
