To obtain a sample interview you're going to have to go to a local caregiver center and ask if they can assist you. They may be able to tell you what they usually look for when they perform interviews, which should help you.

The first thing you need to do when preparing for an interview is to remember that they're looking for somebody who dresses the part. It might not be fair, but that's how it is - a person who looks smart in the interview room will be the person that is considered for the job. So don't go in looking casual, wear your best suit and look great. This helps with the all-important first impression.

Secondly, you'll need to mind your posture. This is something you were probably told to do by your parents but it's still relevant today. You need to keep your back erect and your chin up. Of course be sure that you're not doing it really artificially as you may not look right, but by ensuring you have a good posture you will be showing the interviewer that you have heaps of confidence and you're ready for the job.

You should always make eye contact with the interviewer, too. You will also need to project your voice, as this makes you sound confident. Obviously you'll need to ensure that you're not shouting, but make sure that the projection and tone of voice is right when you're speaking.

Make sure you have a great CV, too. This will allow you to show off your past experience and prove that you have the skills required to be great in this field. You need to back up your professionalism and this is the way you need to do it. Good luck!
