There are several ways to order W2 forms.
I can see why W2 forms cause so much confusion though: If you search for information about getting hold of a form, you'll find dozens of companies offering a variety of services somehow linked to getting hold of your W2 form.
However, my advice is to check out the official advice from the IRS before you decide to enlist a professional.
According to the IRS guidelines, you can request a form by mail:
"You can send your order for forms, instructions, and
publications to the following address. You should receive
a response within 10 days after your request is received.
Internal Revenue Service
1201 N. Mitsubishi Motorway
Bloomington, IL 61705-6613"
You can also order W2 forms by phone:
Like I said though, have a read through the official guidelines issued by the IRS to make sure you are getting all the help you are entitled to: www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/iw2w3.pdf
"Ordering forms, instructions, and publications. Call
1-800-829-3676 to order current-year forms, instructions,
and publications, and prior-year forms and instructions.
You should receive your order within 7 to 15 days"
