In the first instance, you will need to get the PIN to access your W2 details online through your employer.
No-one else will be able to create a PIN number for you.
However, once your employer has signed you up and issues you a PIN, this number is retrievable through www.w2express.com if you lose the number or can't remember it.
There seem to be a lot of people that think their PIN is printed somewhere on their W2 form. This is not the case.
What you can do if you are still facing problems logging in is to contact the W2 Express Help Desk directly.

When I gave them a call, they actually gave me a little insght into working out your PIN if you can't find it:
The Company Code is (#####). Your employee number should be 6 digits. Your PIN number will be your birth date (mmdd) and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. Use the following format: Mmddssss.
