According to Walmart, if you want to get your W2 form and you're having problems, you should get in touch via the Walmart Corporate Website. This will give you access to info about W2 forms, paystubs or benefits options.
The website address is https://us.walmartone.com/en/walmart/home/
You'll find a section in the navigation bar titled "pay and financial benefits"
To enter that area, you'll need to be registered, so I gave it a go.
