I'm a Computer Science major in my Sophomore year of college. What qualifications do employers look for in interns? What Q's might be asked during the interview? What will help build up my resume? What will be expected of me as an intern?

Interns do grunt work. Just let them know you will be willing to that. And if you do internships throughout your education, you can do them outside of your field of study the first couple of years. It will give you a more well rounded view of the working world, which will give you a better chance of employment after you are through with school. With a computer science degree you can literally end up working for any number of types of businesses. It would be a plus to an employer if you understood their business.
