The company was sold out from underneath us. The company was having financial problems. The company was not giving out any cost of living raises. The company was being sold and moved to another state.the company was not living up to it's mission statement, the company had no place within the company to advance any higher within the management.I was ready for a new career and decided to leave for training purposes.
