Well, it is better if you can give references in your Resume as it creates a good impact. However, don't list them by name on your resume. You can give the name, title, company, address and phone numbers of each of your references on a separate sheet of high quality bond paper. The same that you have used for your resume. Take it along with you on your interview but do not give it to the employer or attach it with resume unless asked.
