It is impossible for any profession to make more than doctors. Being a lawyer, I would say most teachers do make more than most lawyers. Teachers in where I live, TN, make approx. $40k per year. Most lawyers in my town in TN make 15K to 40K per year.

Yes because teachers work a lot to train the future leaders and some people do not appreciate it but, the teachers don't give up and keeps helping their disciple so I think they deserve to be paid more higher.
