If you were/are an employee of Wendy's and are still waiting for your w2 form for 2013, then the first thing you need to know is that Wendy's doesn't have to make these available until January 31st.
After that, your first port of call should be to Wendy's own HR (human resources department) to enquire about the hold up and see whether there's any way of speeding it up.
In many cases, a W2 form can be "stuck in the system" due to a clerical error, so don't feel bad for chasing it up. It's your right!

I like to use the social network LinkedIn to find professionals I need to get hold of, and luckily there are bunch of Wendy's HR employees on there.
You'll need to create a LinkedIn profile if you don't already have one, but it's worth it as you may find it a useful tool in general.
When searching for Wendy's human resources team, LinkedIn return 422 relevant results. The higher up the list, the more likely they are to be the people you're looking for.
