By law all businesses have until January 31st to get W-2s out to their employees so youll have to wait for 2 more weeks before you can do anything about it, sorry

You will need an employer code which your McDonald's manager should be able to give you. The particular owner of the McDonald's you are working for must be registered to the online W-2 program for this to work though

If he hasn't done this, it's his duty to mail you a W2 form before the end of January each year
