How Do I Get My W2 Forms From Edd In California?

It is law that all companies and governments send a W-2 before Jan 31.  If you don't receive it I would physically go to EDD and inquire.  Don't waste time calling, they never answer. Good luck.

You can go to the EDD website and look under 'unemployment claims.' If you don't find the information you need on the site, you can use the contact tab to find the phone number or email of someone who will be able to help you with your question.

First, NEVER use a third party to request sensitive items like a W2.

Second, you can get through to EDD, it may take a while. However it is less time consuming that driving to the EDD offices, which are scarce. Avoid calling on Mondays.
