You can print off your W-2 employment form from 2013 once your application has been processed by 7-11.
The details that you have above seem correct to me, what I wanted to point out was that you can file your W2 form on the internet too, so you don't necessarily even need a print out, so long as you have a digital copy.
Even the SSA tries to promote people filing their W2 online as opposed to printing it out and mailing it.
They have this to say about online W2 forms:
