What Are Five Active Listening Skills You Can Use In The Health Field?

I do not know them all but I think I know a little...*these are only guesses on my part though:
Repeat back parts of what the speaker is saying so they know you are listening
ask questions regarding what the speaker is saying
make direct eye contact
say the patient's name while you are speaking to them
