I have been at my job 5 years..but if I was looking...how long the company has been in business..hours I would work..days of week..and days off.how large is the company..is there room for advancement..etc.

2.  Why is this job vacant (is there a big turn over and why?)
3.  Does the company have good and affordable benefits for it's workers?
4.  How many hours are you expected and or guaranteed?
5.  Pay comparable and raises guaranteed?
