I have done internship during my studies and I was given the job of customer services. Basically what I felt over there is that a customer services officer is the main front line dealer of a company. The image of the company is directly approached through the behavior, presentation and motivation of a customer services officer. At that time I had a lot of motivation, which was given to me by my manager. Customer services officer act as a sales pitch of the company and directly contributes towards the satisfaction of the customers. My motivations as a customer services officer include a sense of achievement, the feeling that the job is worthwhile and I am the representative of the company. Recognition to customers and respect from people is always a motivating tool. Moreover, a long term vision and the commission on every sale or dealing is the major motivation for me and for any other customer services officer.
