I think your statement has good intent, however some suggestions are as follows: 1) an objective at the beginning of CV or resume should not endeavor to say too much.  Your objective should be 15-18 words or less.
2)  Too many adjectives will reek of over the top marketing; better to simplify and save multiple objectives for your cover letter.
3) Statements of objective are largely being phased out, and instead, a brief summary statement with key words (because nowadays most CVs/resumes are scanned electronically) is preferred by potential employers and job seekers.

A suggestion for revision if you prefer to stay with objective statement:
"Experienced, results-oriented customer service professional seeking to leverage knowledge and expertise in growing organization."

Alternatively, you might consider a very brief summary statement which summarizes your qualifications for the job, and instead rely upon your cover letter to state your objective(s)--(just one example follows, but you might include key words described in a specific posting--remember to keep it brief):
SUMMARY: Senior level, results-oriented customer service representative with multi-industry experience in matrixed organizations

Hope this is helpful, and good luck in your search :)
