Just tell them things about yourself but try to focus them around what your interviewing for like if you know the job involves dealing with people, say something like you are friendly, and outgoing...... Or if the job your interviewing for is a fast pace job say your a fast worker and fast learner..... For sales say your good at understanding people and their needs ....
