When asked "Are you looking for job or a career?" what could I say?

A career sounds more permanent in job seeking and shows you want to be around for a long time and grow with the company so companies are more apt to hire you based on this. A job is what teenagers get in High School or a temporary situation where one really doesn't care to advance. So if asked , go with career with Management goals in sight. Good luck
