We all know that the real objective for any job, is a salary, but you cannot say that. You should use terms like "in order to enhance my capabilities," "for career advancement," "to expand my knowledge and advance with the company," etc. Things like that which will flatter the company you are trying to get a job with. Don't overdue it. Try to be sincere or they can see you are lying.
