As a new girl I phoned a business to take his order but the customer was irate because the last person got the order wrong and he didnt want to deal with the company any more. I told him I was new and he could have his whole order free if it wasnt correct. Got the order and added an extra free item as an apology and got the customer ordering regularly again.
