In my business, I have improved to know how to understand people of what they need, and how to serve them in the way that they like, all these are from the experiences, the more you do the more you know better, that's the life .

Employees are the people on the ground; they know what exactly happens in the process of service delivery and how it can be improved. They should therefore be included the decision making process so that the best strategies are put in place. This is what we applied in one of our business & achieved a lot!
