It depend on the number of customers the salon has, in other words how well is the salon doing as far as customers are concern, the receptionist making and taking appointments is also responsible for bring in new customers because you do lose customers to relocation, death etc so the receptionist must always be bringing in new customers, to the shop, that will determine how much you can paid, the only thing you get free is one of the girls in the salon may give you a free hair do, when needed and the shop is not to busy.....the best to you
