Normally there should be a trained speech therapist or expert who can assist someone like that in an interview so that they can perform as best they can. That's how it works over here anyways which is a good thing as the speech-impaired are just as entitled to have an interview and win themselves a job as the next person.

They cannot by law with hold any job offer to you based soplely on any speech impairment per se unless it truly will affect your ability to perform your job if hired, and /or without trying any reasonable attempt to help you in your job  by the company or its discrimination if youre not hired solely based on a speech impairment where you otherwise are qualified
