There are a number of questions and it depends on the structure of the interview.  Some questions are raised just during the interview and they are not a part of structured interview. However, some of the typical good questions for paralegal position interview are as follows:

Tell me something about yourself? What are your major accomplishments in life? Why should I hire you or why do you think you are the perfect person for this job? How do you work under stress? Are you successful in your life, if yes, then what is success according to you? Why do you want a job in this company?Have you ever quit a job? What should be your response when your boss criticize you?
